Welcome to we got your food, and we are here to begin on a very happy note. Broadcasting loud and clear: happiness now grows on trees. Honestly, we thought we would start our debut post with a whole lot of kick-derriere philosophy but what the world really needs right now is the ability to stay happy, is what we figured. And if we cannot change the collective happy-quotient of the world, {we are sure there are enough people to go on a hunger strike saying happiness is overrated}, we can at least advise {forcefully feed} some of these inducements which would work against naturally bitter people.

Keep the list handy for there are many. Yes, you can start from your boss!

 

Strawberries: Are the happiest fruits in the world 

If you think chocolate makes you happy, you should take a trip down the strawberry fields. You’ll be 10 years younger for sure! Low shrubs, drooped with plump red strawberries begging to be touched- oh, joy! That’s happiness right there. But then again if the city freeze has caught you soul into a nasty grey tangle and you’ll have to apply for leave to do that, just pop one. Like pop one of these strawberries into your mouth and validate what we are saying.

These little fruits are a rich source of vitamin C, which helps in the production of endorphins and aid the absorption of iron. They also come packed with potassium, which helps in the generation of nerve impulses. What many don’t know is the fact that the red colour of strawberries is due to anthocyanidin, a flavonoid known as pecargonidin which changes our mood for the better. Like 5 out of 3 in happiness meter.

Bananas are rich in potassium, which is a vital mineral for nerve function, and the natural sugars in bananas are released quickly into the bloodstream, making you feel energetic. Grapes: Are sour, but will never make you one

Some grapes may be sour but have it all for they are all high in endorphin producing vitamin C and full of natural sugar that gives you energy. No wonder we see a plate full of grapes, lavishly kept near the kings table, ready to be munched on. Joffrey Lannister never had one table as such. Now you know why he was so extremely unhappy about everything.

Or don’t forget the band and eat the fruit. You will be high on happiness, anyway. Packed with vitamin C which triggers the release of endorphins, vitamin B and flavonoids, oranges might be the next best thing to grabbing a drink.
